If you’re not head over heels with your item, no worries. We want every toy to be loved, so do feel free to send anything back that isn’t quite right for you and your child, and we’ll ensure the teddy, doll or playset discovers a happy home elsewhere.
We’ll gladly replace or refund you, providing you return the item to us within 14 days of receipt and in an unused condition (with all the original packaging in and in a re-saleable – and home-able - condition).

We’ll Deal with Your Return Swiftly
To help us help you faster, please contact us, sign into your account or click the link below and we’ll deal with your return swiftly. While we’ll refund the full price for your product, we don’t refund the original postage, and we ask you to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend you use a tracked/signed for returns method.
Before we dispatch them to their new homes, we check all our products – and if we spot any issues, we simply won’t send them out. If you do notice any damage, however, it’s likely that this has happened in transit – so please do photograph the item and get in touch with us.

We Won’t Keep You Waiting
To save you waiting around for us to collect it, we’ll organise a convenient drop-off point for your item. We’ll cover the return postage and issue a full refund, sending you our UK standard delivery charge in relation to the size and weight of the product you purchased. Alternatively, we’ll send you a replacement of the same product – and pronto!
In some cases, if the item has a damaged or faulty part (and our quality control team has missed this – they are human, after all), we’ll get a replacement part in the post to you. If we can’t replace it, we’ll send another product to you. Plus, you’ll always find that our outdoor play products and furniture comes with replacement parts. We regret that personalised items, large outdoor play products and furniture ranges cannot be returned.
