We will always aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day however, during busy periods this can take a little longer. Express delivery orders, we will aim to dispatch the same day if received before 11am.

1 Free delivery is only available to address's in Mainland UK. Highlands & Islands Of Scotland, Northern and Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles (Jersey & Guernsey), Isle Of Wight, Isles Of Scilly and Isle Of Man will incur delivery costs.
2 Orders which state 'Direct From Our Supplier' may have longer delivery times, these are shown on the product's delivery information. Wallpaper orders have various delivery lead times which will also be shown on the product's delivery information.
3 Express Delivery is not available to the Highlands & Islands Of Scotland, Northern and Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles (Jersey & Guernsey), Isle Of Wight, Isles Of Scilly and Isle Of Man. If your order contains 'Made For You' / 'Direct From Our Supplier' or wallpaper product's this service is not available.
Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be processed the next working day.
Postal charges are based on delivery to one address per order. Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch to BFPO addresses. All lead times quoted are estimated working days and are dependant on Bank Holidays.
We will email you to confirm dispatch of your order (please check your junk mailbox if you don't think you have received it).
Our parcels are sent by DPD Local and FedEx. Deliveries require you to be home or a response to the SMS / email with further delivery instructions this can also be done on the 'Your DPD' app.
With DPD Predict you will receive an SMS and email the night before and on the day of your delivery, this is to make receiving your order as convenient as possible. The options DPD offer include:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
- Have your parcel left in a DPD pickup locker (Parcel size restrictions)
On the day of delivery your SMS / email will inform you of your DPD Local drivers name and your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Items that are marked as 'Direct From Our Supplier'. We will only deliver these to Mainland UK and are unable to offer Express Delivery. These items are delivered direct from our supplier. If you have purchased other items at the same time these will be dispatched separately using our UK Standard Delivery.
Items that are marked as 'Made Just For You'. We will only deliver these to Mainland UK and are unable to offer Express Delivery. These items are delivered direct from our supplier once they have been manufactured. We will confirm a delivery date once we get confirmation from the manufacturer. If you have purchased other items at the same time these will be dispatched separately using our UK Standard Delivery.

We no longer offer International delivery, but if there is something you really want to order please contact us so we can advise shipping costs.
