Do you send the invoice with the parcel ?
All invoices are emailed at the time of purchase to your nominated email address. This helps the environment by reducing the amount of paper we use. In the parcel you will find your Parcel Content note confirming the items ordered are in that parcel.
How do I know my parcel has been dispatched ?
When we have dispatched your parcel you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from us along with an SMS/Email from our delivery provider DPD. If your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail we will send you a confirmation email also containing a tracking number.
What payment options do I have?
Credit & Debit cards, PayPal (includes PayPal pay later), Apple Pay, G Pay & Klarna (Pay in 30 days & Pay in 3 instalments).
Do you offer gift wrapping ?
We know how stressful wrapping the perfect gift can be that's why we will take care of this for you. For £4.50 per item your product is hand wrapped using high quality wrapping paper to suit the occasion along with a personalised gift tag.
Can I send a gift to a different address ?
When purchasing items at the checkout you will find the option to ship your purchase to an alternative address. Unfortunately we currently cannot ship to a BFPO address.
Do you ship Internationally ?
We no longer offer International delivery, but if there is something you really want to order please contact us so we can advise shipping costs.

How quick will my parcel be delivered ?
We will always aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day however, during busy periods this can take a little longer. Express delivery orders, we will aim to dispatch the same day if received before 11am. For more information see our delivery information page - Here -
I have selected an item with free delivery and one without, now I have a delivery charge ?
If your order contains and item with free delivery and one with a delivery charge then a delivery charge will be applied, more information can be found - Here -
I have got 'Made Just For You' or 'Direct From Our Supplier' items and other items in my basket, but I can't select express delivery ?
This is correct, when these are ordered together and processed as one order all the items are dispatched using our UK standard delivery. We will contact you to arrange delivery of your 'Made Just For You' or 'Direct From Our Supplier' items. If you require the other part of your order with express delivery you will need to place 2 separate orders.
I have received an email asking for a review of my purchase ?
After your order has been dispatched, around 7 days later you will receive a ‘leave a review email’. Your feedback counts and can help other customers make informed decisions. Don't miss out on the opportunity to share your thoughts on the products and service you received - your feedback matters!
